As managing agent of the Sutton Fields Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to inform you that Wednesday, October 20, 2021 the playground and the grassy area on the east side of the Amenity Center will be closed to residents due to workers boring in this area for a for electrical install to accommodate future events. Please refrain from accessing this area while the work is being done. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

We are pleased to announce that the indoor facility project has reached the point where we need to finalize the design. The architecture firm and design studio have created two layout options based upon community feedback. Please take a moment to select which design option you prefer. Feel free to leave any additional comments in the free-type section below. One (1) vote per household. For rental properties, the vote should be cast by the property owner in order to be considered. Construction is now underway with Phase 3A & 3B. Please take a moment to review the attached Traffic Control Plans starting from Boleyn Road and Northern end of Bothwell Blvd. down to Crutchfield Entrance. This information will also be posted on the Association’s website. The maps indicate your Detour Route during this time while dirt hauling is in progress. There will be multiple lane closures so please be mindful when entering and leaving Sutton Fields Community.
