Starting 11/28/22 one side of Crutchfield Rd will be closed to thru traffic. Two-way traffic into Sutton Fields will be maintained on the southside of the median of Crutchfield Rd. Below is the traffic control plan. The closure will take place for a utility crossing of Crutchfield for Fire station #3. We apologize for the inconvenience and will send notification when the road is restored, and traffic control removed.

This morning, there was a traffic accident that damaged the mailbox clusters at the corner of Austen Avenue and Windsor Lane in Sutton Fields. If you receive mail in these boxes, the US Postal Service will suspend delivery until the units are repaired. If you have specific questions regarding your mail, please contact the US Post Office.
We have already contacted the vendor for repairs, and they will be completed as soon as possible. Once completed, the US Post Office will begin delivery.

Earlier today, the City of Celina received the following information in a memorandum from our water services provider, Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD). Due to the damage of a transmission pipeline that serves municipalities in their portfolio, the pipeline will have to be shut off for repairs next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (July 19 - 21). Due to historic high demand levels from lack of rainfall, Mustang is implementing Stage 2 Drought Contingency measures effective immediately. This stage enacts mandatory watering restrictions to reduce demand. Failure to reduce demand at this point could potentially result in outages.

Even (0,2,4,6,8) may irrigate only on Sunday and Thursday
