• Upper Trinity Regional Water District Notice

  Earlier today, the City of Celina received the following information in a memorandum from our water services provider, Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD). Due to the damage of a transmission pipeline that serves municipalities in their portfolio, the pipeline will have to be shut off for repairs next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (July 19 - 21). • Immediate Water Restrictions

  Due to historic high demand levels from lack of rainfall, Mustang is implementing Stage 2 Drought Contingency measures effective immediately. This stage enacts mandatory watering restrictions to reduce demand. Failure to reduce demand at this point could potentially result in outages. Mandatory Stage 2 requirements: Last address number is: Even (0,2,4,6,8) may irrigate only on Sunday and Thursday Odd (1,3,5,7,9) may irrigate only on Saturday and Wednesday.
